Siisti Pihan tunnettuja tuotteita ovat erityisesti rakennusmateriaalien suursäkkitoimitukset ja säkeillä tarjottavat rakennusjätteiden keräyspalvelut. Yrityskauppa vahvistaa Sorteran asemaa johtavana kierrätys- ja palveluyhtiönä pääkaupunkiseudulla sekä tukee yhtiön strategiaa tarjota entistä monipuolisempia palveluita asiakkailleen. Toimimme myyjien juridisena neuvonantajana osakekannan myynnissä. Kaupassa neuvonantotiimiämme edustivat Partner Peter Salovaara ja Associate Sanni Tirkkonen.
