Engelhardt & Co. AB:n ja sen tytäryhtiön Engelhardt A/S:n koko osakekannan. Yrityskauppa vahvistaa entisestään Bang & Bonsomerin asemaa erityisesti elintarvikeainesosamarkkinoilla. Toimeksiannosta vastasi Partner Olli Iirola. Tiimiin kuuluivat lisäksi Associate Sanni Tirkkonen ja Partner Peter Salovaara.
