Rahoitusjärjestely koostuu 100 miljoonan euron suuruisesta valmiusluottolimiitistä ja 50 miljoonan euron suuruisesta lainasta. SMBC Bank AU AG on osa Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporationia, merkittävää rahoituslaitosta, jonka pääkonttori sijaitsee Tokiossa, Japanissa. Se on yksi Japanin suurimmista pankeista ja kuuluu Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Groupiin (SMFG), joka on johtava kansainvälinen finanssipalvelujen tarjoaja. SMFG:n kantaosakkeet on listattu Tokion pörssin Prime Market -markkinapaikalle ja Nagoyan pörssin Premier Market -markkinapaikalle.
