Embedded within our business are legal project managers, legal technologists, business analysts, developers, change managers and knowledge and service design professionals, all of whom work alongside our legal teams, enabling us to provide you with an integrated service.
Many of these individuals have a practice-specific experience, allowing us to provide you with more tailored solutions on your most complex or strategic matters.
Our approach to service excellence
is defined by four key pillars:
We provide a well-designed, tech-enabled service to ensure we meet your needs and surpass expectations.
Service design - Our Service Design team worked alongside our lawyers, legal technologists and legal project managers to create a process map and develop standard operating procedures. We also designed a collaborative technology solution to support end-to-end workflow management of privacy complaints for a large corporate.
Smart workflow solutions - We designed a smart workflow solution to help clients navigate through the administration and processing of an application for a skilled worker visa. This has enabled our lawyers and our clients’ in-house teams to work collaboratively and flexibly on applications.
Tech-enabled solutions - We created a proprietary, tech-enabled solution to capture and analyse funds data based on the large volumes of fund reviews we undertake across the sector. This allows us to support our clients in better understanding market trends and enable them to benchmark their op.
Client facing solutions - We designed a new solution to transform business’ approach to global diversity and inclusion with technology. Diversidata allows users to select a variety of diversity data across multiple jurisdictions to receive tailored advice, including detailed information and risk analysis for each selected country, suggested practical actions, and useful insight into the cultural landscape around the collection and use of the data.
We use legal technology to augment the provision of legal services, ensuring consistent high quality and find efficiencies.
Artificial intelligence - AI is changing many industries and creating new opportunities and challenges. For more information on how we can help you navigate your AI needs, please visit our Artificial intelligence page.

Bespoke M&A collaboration solution - Our bespoke M&A collaboration solution was used to support the global transfer of assets and shares across 18 jurisdictions. This solution encompasses a collaboration portal, eSignatures and document automation and allowed local counsel to feed in specific, complex requirements digitally for swift analysis for a large US healthcare company.
eDiscovery – intelligent analysis - We used our secure eDiscovery platform to support our client in a procurement challenge made against it in respect of three contracts by an unsuccessful bidder. With 100+ reviewers logged on simultaneously, we reviewed one terabyte of data (approx. one million items including WhatsApp and text messages).
Document automation - A retail client asked us to redraft 136 concession agreements in a short period of time. We used a combination of document automation and contract review solutions to deliver this work consistently, saving 70 hours of work.
Mobile app development - We developed a mobile app to support a large financial institution in providing their staff with on-the-go access to financial regulatory frameworks in multiple jurisdictions across Europe and the Middle East. This has enabled them to mitigate the risk of breaching local financial regulatory rules when engaging with their customers.
Electronic evidence bundling - Our secure e-bundling platform was used to support our client in a large litigation matter taken over from another firm six weeks before trial. 15 users, including our client, counsel and ourselves used the platform to annotate, review and prepare trial bundles across four locations in the UK and Canada.
Robotic process automation - We used robotic process automation combined with an AI contract review solution to identify relevant documents and data points from over 2000 Individual Voluntary Arrangements where modifications had been disregarded by the insolvency practitioner.
Professional legal project management (LPM) gives you greater control, transparency and a consistently delivered outcome.
Major residential development - Our LPM team supported a client to efficiently manage the legal workstreams of a 15-acre London site being redeveloped into a vibrant community hub, including planning, real estate and construction advice.
Complex corporate restructure - Our LPM team was engaged by a global oil and gas company to project manage their pre-spin restructuring which involved over 20 countries across Europe, US, Middle East and Asia keeping the project on track and on budget.
Legal consenting programs - Our LPM team has supported the legal consenting process for multiple Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) across the UK, including wind farms, rail freight interchanges and a sewage works.
Global reorganization - A team of dedicated legal project managers was deployed to assist with an urgent and time critical pre-sale global reorganization across 25 jurisdictions for a healthcare company. This was delivered within the tight deadline.
Data breach investigation - The LPM team supported our client who was under regulatory investigation for a significant data breach, ensuring the smooth running of the investigation.
Litigation risk review - LPM was deployed to support a litigation risk review of the closure of a Major UK City department store. This project had tight timings and costs which required enhanced weekly reporting. The team utilized our project management tool to keep everyone on plan, within budget and to facilitate/streamline the client reports on costs and issuance of bills.
