This includes acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing and development of multistate commercial real estate projects.

She has extensive experience across the country with a broad spectrum of real estate property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hotel, golf course, casino, senior housing, hospital, manufactured home and mixed-used properties. Susan also prepares and negotiates complex joint venture agreements, and she has substantial experience representing both landlord and tenant clients in retail, office, and industrial lease transactions.
