Edustimme ATOS INTERNATIONAL B.V.:tä sen ostaessa Ideal Product Data Oy:n koko osakekannan. Samassa yhteydessä siirtyivät myös Ideal Product Data Oy:n tytäryhtiöt Virossa ja Ruotsissa sekä Ruotsin yhtiön tytäryhtiöt Norjassa ja Tanskassa.

ATOS INTERNATIONAL B.V. on Pariisin pörssissä listatun Atos SE:n konserniyhtiö. Atos on yksi maailman suurimmista digitaalisia palveluita tarjoavista yhtiöistä. Se tarjoaa räätälöityjä kokonaisratkaisuja kyberturvallisuuden, pilvipalvelujen ja korkean suorituskyvyn tietojenkäsittelyn alalla.

Ideal Product Data Oy tarjoaa konsultointi-, integrointi-, ohjelmisto- ja ylläpitopalveluja teollisuusalan yrityksille.
